Carl Goldberg is a founder and managing member of Canoe Brook Associates, a family-owned real estate consulting and development company in Roseland, New Jersey. Prior to founding Canoe Brook in 2014, Goldberg co-founded and operated as a principal for twenty years at Roseland Property Company, a full service real estate organization with a focus on largescale multifamily luxury residential rental communities across the Northeast. From 2002 through 2011, Goldberg served as the Chairman of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. Goldberg has a long history of political and industry-wide activism in New Jersey during the course of his career, beginning in 1992 with his election as President of the Community Builders Association of New Jersey. He currently serves as the Chair of the New Jersey Builders Association Political Action Committee and as Co-Chair of the Executive Committee, Rutgers Center for Real Estate.
